We tailor our system to work with the chosen inbound telemarketing company and to integrate with the scheduling and traffic data to produce a detailed view of per-unit results. Our system provides us the flexibility to manipulate and analyze the material fast and insightfully.
We utilize the “Gold Standard” of direct response tracking software, CORE Direct. With CORE, you can track unique 1-800 numbers and URLs, as well as vanity numbers. For example, instead of using separate numbers for each media channel to differentiate the results, Jenny Craig builds their brand in part by using “Jenny” in their toll free vanity number, 1-800-597-JENNY in all of their spots. Our CORE software can still track results successfully using the more challenging vanity numbers. Many of the old school DR shops are still very dependent on using uniques. This however, may not fit with your goal of building strong brand recognition.
